Were done filming!!





My group started off today just as any day. But then my group remembered, were filming today. My group and I had a lot on our mind and ready to film. Everyone was able to film today which was a great start. We began filming the parts with sophia, allison and I. Then worked in a couple films with darrow. After the first shot we didn’t like the angle of it. Sophia tested out a few other angles but couldn’t seem to find the write one so we moved on to our next scene. My group and filmed the part with darrow. We rewatched the clip and it wasn’t what we wanted. So we changed the lighting. We rewatched it again and liked it more. My group shot more times just in case we didn’t get it the first try. My group was really productive today. My group and I thought that we weren’t going to get it done it time. But we were wrong. My group planned ahead and made sure we had a enough time. My group would probably need 1-2 more filming days left.  Lastly we ended the day by editing our first clip. we didn’t want to at first. but then remember that we didn’t know how to edit that well and it would help us learn. We ended up loving the outcome and can’t wait to edit.

Yet again more editing

  We started editing our film last time my group and I met up. We didn't end up finishing so we decided to plan another time to finish. We had a three day weekend so it was the perfect time to finish. We all have quite busy schedules so we picked a day best for everyone. My group and I met up at Allisons house to continue editing. We knew this time would be quicker than last time since we already had the hang of it. But it actually was a lot faster than I expected.  It only took us about an hour to finish up editing everything. We had to finish putting the last few scenes together. We also had to add the background music and make sure everything was correct. We all grew quite impatient while editing since we were so eager to see the final outcome. We had a check list of all the different components we needed to complete throughout the project to keep us on track.  Props: -  Our group's music video is for an alternative song so many fun, party props are needed. We will need accessories such as jewelry,  glasses, and hats. We will also need props such as drink cups, a radio, and a microphone.  Costumes: - In our commercial our actors will be wearing party clothes such as colorful, or glittery items. Our male actor will wear black slacks and a white button down. Our female actors will be wearing dresses or fancy skirts. Actors will also be wearing dress shoes such as heels, flats or loafers for our male actor.
