blog day

 today we filmed many things. we planned on how we were going to achieve it all in 1 period. we discussed the time we were going to have to edit. we filmed different angles today. we filmed katie and I about to play. we filmed katie about to trip me and score. this took many shots. we overcame as a team and switched filmers every shot . We then came back and started editing. It was a problem at first. No one knew how to edit our film. We overcame this by watching videos on how to edit. We worked on almost 1/4 of our commercial. We also planned on how to manage our time and not wait to the last minute to edit. we said that we could do a little each day and work ahead and not be stressed with the work. Finally we finished editing and filming for our first part of our plan. Over all my feeling about this commercial so far is good. I feel like we put effort and time into it. We spent time planning and planning on how we would do the shots and what we would do and how we would do it. If i were to change one thing it would be the our communication at the beginning but we fixed it as a group.

Yet again more editing

  We started editing our film last time my group and I met up. We didn't end up finishing so we decided to plan another time to finish. We had a three day weekend so it was the perfect time to finish. We all have quite busy schedules so we picked a day best for everyone. My group and I met up at Allisons house to continue editing. We knew this time would be quicker than last time since we already had the hang of it. But it actually was a lot faster than I expected.  It only took us about an hour to finish up editing everything. We had to finish putting the last few scenes together. We also had to add the background music and make sure everything was correct. We all grew quite impatient while editing since we were so eager to see the final outcome. We had a check list of all the different components we needed to complete throughout the project to keep us on track.  Props: -  Our group's music video is for an alternative song so many fun, party props are needed. We will need accessories such as jewelry,  glasses, and hats. We will also need props such as drink cups, a radio, and a microphone.  Costumes: - In our commercial our actors will be wearing party clothes such as colorful, or glittery items. Our male actor will wear black slacks and a white button down. Our female actors will be wearing dresses or fancy skirts. Actors will also be wearing dress shoes such as heels, flats or loafers for our male actor.
