My group admired athletes and respect their story behind it. My group wanted to show the struggle with substance abuse and athlete and hoe they get into substance abuse. Showing it isn’t an easy battle.But it is possible to overcome. I belive our group will do a great by portraying this story.

This year I have a different group. Trevor, I have been friends with Trevor for 2 years now. Although, Trevor and I have only been friends for 2 years, I have known Trevor since Pre-K. Trevor is very passionate with his school work. Trevor is a football player on varsity. Through his hard work with school, sports and his friends, I am confident that he will be a good asset to our group. Ayden is a excellent student as well. I met Ayden through Trevor and have become friends with him throughout high school .I know Ayden will be a good asset to our group because he is motivated.    Hi, my name is Jade Walrave. I am now in A level Aice Media studies. I am now a junior at Fort Lauderdale High School. I am sixteen. I have a love for cooking. I want to peruse a career in culinary arts when I'm older. I played soccer ever since I was 4. I've recently quit to peruse going to the gym. I played varsity school soccer which has helped my ability to work with a team. I went to a private Montessori school for middle school. I have strong communication skills. I love working with friends because it makes it easier to get things done for me. I have a brother which has also helped me with my social skills. I work Two jobs and currently work 6 days a week and after school. When I first came to fort Lauderdale I had no friends at this school. I was put in a group where i worked with people.   We started editing our film last time my group and I met up. We didn't end up finishing so we decided to plan another time to finish. We had a three day weekend so it was the perfect time to finish. We all have quite busy schedules so we picked a day best for everyone. My group and I met up at Allisons house to continue editing. We knew this time would be quicker than last time since we already had the hang of it. But it actually was a lot faster than I expected.  It only took us about an hour to finish up editing everything. We had to finish putting the last few scenes together. We also had to add the background music and make sure everything was correct. We all grew quite impatient while editing since we were so eager to see the final outcome. We had a check list of all the different components we needed to complete throughout the project to keep us on track.   So we finished filming. Now all we have to do is edit. I started out by cutting our clips to the proper length. I took advice from the person that had an opinion. I fixed the brightness. I adjusted the angels. It took me a while to understand how to use iMovie. So, I tried different editing apps. I ended up liking iMovie better and just stuck to my original option. I had a hard time picking out music. I also didn't want to use copyright music. I spent two hours trying to figure out what background music would make it more suspenseful. As I was editing my group was reviewing our clips. I knew my group wasn't going to finish editing today. My group watched a bunch of videos on how to edit. My favorite part about this project so far was getting closer with my group. I was scared at first because they are all juniors and I am a sophomore but they treated me very kindly. My group finished. It was a lot of hard work but it was definitely worth it. Working with my group was a lot of fun. We never really had any issues working together. I would definitely work with them again for a future project. We had to make sure we had communication throughout this project to ensure we met deadlines on time. There were a few obstacles we had to overcome due to our busy schedules but we overcame them together. My group and I met up again to review and re- watch our film. My group was really nervous to get a peer to review our project. We knew we had to tweak a few things. But before we did that we got someone to review our project.
