Short film: falsehood

 This short film features sound, set design, and editing that are all relevant to our film. The diegetic sound is the first thing that comes to mind. This is a technique employed in drama films to communicate the film's emotions. The sound in this film is employed to convey the shock and anxiety he is experiencing. A non-diegetic sound is also used to depict the film's surrounding feelings. To make the viewers in shock, the film uses a dramatic entrance of the main character. Then there are gunshots and people fleeing to add to the film's unsettling atmosphere. The mise-en-scene in the film is inspired by the clothing. The man is dressed in typical street clothing, and the girl is dressed similarly. All of the characters wear the costumes that they are portraying, thus it is a true representation of their personalities. This is primarily utilized in drama to depict how characters ibehave and respond to emotions in their everyday lives and attire. Continuous editing was employed in the film, which is a common technique in theater. This was utilized to follow the man as he tried to figure out what was going on around him. All of these characteristics convey the feelings that the individual is experiencing. The sound heightens his sense of drama. The camera angles and editing both contribute to his frustration and concern. As the short film progresses, all of these will be added to our drama. We'll use some of the same editing techniques in the film because we want to alert the audience to potential dangers. The film will also require mise-en-scene to complement the characters. It will help them grow more quickly in the little time we have to express the characters' feelings.
